These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GaussianView website and services. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

By accessing or using GaussianView, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
GaussianView provides photorealistic 3D virtual property tours powered by Gaussian Splatting, together with tools to host, view, and embed those tours. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape or copy content without permission, or use it to infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Intellectual Property
The website, software, and underlying technology are owned by GaussianView and protected by intellectual-property laws. Property tours and uploaded media remain the property of the respective rights holders; by submitting content you grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service.
Third-Party Content
Tours may depict real properties provided by real estate firms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings or for decisions made based on a tour; always verify details directly with the relevant firm.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaussianView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
